Refund policy

Return Policy – The CC Archive

All sales are final. The CC Archive does not accept returns or exchanges on any product, except as outlined in the Damages and Issues section below, or where required by applicable law (for example, the European Union cooling-off period, detailed further below).

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, size, color, and other details before completing your purchase, as we are unable to process returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not covered by this policy.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach us at cynthiavegarivas99@gmail.com.

Non-Applicable Exceptions
We do not accept returns for: incorrect size, change of mind, sale items, gift cards, or any reason other than a defect, damage, or shipping error on our part.

Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can evaluate and resolve it.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds
In cases where a refund applies (damages, shipping error, or the EU cooling-off period), we will notify you once we've received and inspected the returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
